We are following government guidelines for COVID-19 and are currently only open to key workers needing to stay in the area to carry out their work.
Due to recent events we have increased our already thorough cleaning processes and increased our regular sanitation of contact surfaces throughout the house. Anti-bac hand gel and wipes are available in the main lobby as required. Please contact us directly to discuss what we can offer you to make your stay more comfortable.
Our working practices have been adapted to reduce guest contact and allow 2m distancing; this means rooms will not be serviced during your stay but rooms will be deep cleaned on your departure.We are still able to serve breakfasts if it is included in your room rate.
Staff have been fully briefed on current government guidelines in regards to symptoms and self isolation. We ask that guests coming to stay with us also follow these guidelines to ensure our safety and yours.
If you have a house hire booking with us, we are offering our up-coming bookings to postpone trips to later in 2020 or into 2021.
As a small business we do need to be very careful, to make sure we come out of this on the other side, so rather than offering refunds, we are encouraging parties to postpone their trips, meaning you still have a trip and we’re not out of pocket.
We will honour the price you were originally quoted even if you move your booking to a date that would ordinarily cost more due to peak prices, providing that your requirements are the same. Your deposit will be moved with the date and your final balance will be due within 4 weeks of your new date.
If you decide to cancel rather than reschedule, we will endevour to refund the full amount you have paid to date.
