The Priory is a warm, intimate and luxurious venue for a wedding celebration, and we look forward to welcoming every couple who may wish to share one of the happiest days of their lives with us.

Weddings at The Priory

We cater for wedding of all sizes up to 100 guests. Your reception will take place in a marquee on the lawn, in our mature grounds, surrounded by lovely country side views. You can choose to marry here, completing your vows in our licensed room in the house, or arrive from church for your reception.

You and your family will enjoy the seclusion of having The Priory completely to yourselves.

Your Big Day

Select from our list of recommended suppliers or choose your own – catering, drinks, entertainment and style, we offer you a blank canvas to build on. We hope couples will enjoy the flexibility The Priory has to offer in allowing them to choose exactly who they want to help them with their special day. We are happy to provide recommendations but do not prescribe exclusive partners.

The House

The house is a luxury self-catering property combining classic elegance with modern style, settling you into a relaxed atmosphere before the big day. You can go it alone with regards to food or you may wish to have a helping hand in the form of meals prepared for you to finish or a chef to cook a special pre-wedding dinner in your kitchen.

Our Wedding Coordinator

Let us hold your hand – built on years of experience with an eye for meticulous attention to detail; thoughtful planning is key to the success of possibly the most important day of your life. Our service is highly professional yet warm and relaxed in a way that only a family run business can achieve.

Our wedding co-ordinator will liaise with you during the early planning phase to help you set your wheels in motion. This would include supplier recommendations and marquee planning. We then come back on board around 6 weeks prior to your big day to finalise details and co-ordinate with your selected suppliers.
We are here to manage the running of the big day.

  • Modern clear span marquee – Including: lining, matting, tables & chairs, dance floor, chandelier lighting, starlight roof, electrical connection point & catering area. There are options to upgrade your marquee to a traditional marquee or giant tipi.
  • Power & portable luxury toilet block

Further Details

Private stay in the main house 11-16 guests on a self-catering basis.

Sleeps up to 11 people in luxury self-catering accommodation- 6 bedrooms, 5 with en-suite and one with a private shower room. The loft suite is arranged for two people with a cosy lounge or a family with two children, plus three additional beds can be added suitable for children sharing parents rooms if required.

A minimum two-night stay is included in your package price but may be subject to a surcharge depending on your wedding date. If you have family travelling a distance it might be nice to extend your stay by adding additional nights from £700.00
